To ensure your project’s success we coordinate a cooperative effort by all parties, from the inception of a project through completion of the final punchlist. As your Design/Builder, Marous Brothers Construction will provide the complete management and coordination necessary to achieve the goals and objectives of your project.

We have developed a user-friendly process so that our staff can prepare all of the necessary construction documents for your project. We begin the process by listening to you to gain a thorough understanding of your needs. Next, preliminary drawings and outline specifications will be prepared to match the aesthetic and functional requirements that you have identified. Simultaneously, our in-house estimating department will generate preliminary budgets and test them against your design as it evolves. For work that we self-perform, we use historical data for labor production and detailed quantity take-offs of all materials which become the basis of our estimates.
