Working with the Cleveland Housing Network, Marous Brothers Construction is pleased to provide Construction Management and General Contracting services through our Special Projects Group on the newest addition to the Euclid Avenue Corridor — Emerald Alliance V. This 70-unit apartment building is a 4-story wood structure with eight ADA units and will provide housing for chronically homeless single adults.

Each unit will have a sleeping area, living room, kitchen and bathroom. In addition, residents will have access to a community garden, counseling services, and a community room. In addition to our construction services, we will be installing planter boxes and landscape materials in complete compliance with the completed Euclid Avenue Corridor project. When complete in June of 2011, this project will be seeking Green Community certification.
