The new Williamson College of Business Administration building, located on the campus of Youngstown State University, will feature a gathering area atrium, auditorium, learning lab, classrooms, computer labs and administrative offices bringing the total square footage of new construction to over 111,000 sq. ft.

Underground utility tunnels which carry data and steam lines will be installed to connect this new structure to other existing buildings on campus.

As part of the LEED certification requirements, portions of the electrical and ductwork for the building must be contained within the flooring, therefore a raised access panel floor will be utilized throughout.

This unique structure will include a glass and zinc exterior skin, as well as terrazzo marble, slatted wood ceilings, a 200-seat auditorium, and 70-seat lecture room on the interior. When complete, the Williamson College of Business Administration will be the largest classroom facility the college has built to date.
