Marous Brothers Construction provided Carpenter Contracting services for this single-story, 56,000 square foot grocery store. We self-performed all rough and finish carpentry within a challenging six-month schedule. Our rough carpentry scope of work included framing the roof truss system, window blocking, and dormers. We also installed all wall sheathing, casework, trim, FRP panels located outside of the coolers, exterior wood fascia, exterior aluminum louvers and vents, Fypon moldings, an oak dock bumper, prefabricated cupola at the entry, vinyl and aluminum siding, vinyl soffit, vinyl ceiling and vinyl trim accessories.
Our finish carpentry scope of work included the installation of window sills, miscellaneous window trim, bathroom vanities, plywood shelving, pre-built cook line menu, wood planter, wood coat racks, hollow metal and steel channel door frames, hollow metal and wood doors, bathroom accessories and specialty items.
We started to work together when Chip and Scott were out in the field hanging doors. They’ve come a long way, because they’ve done the work themselves. They’re hands-on people, giving them the control that makes them good at what they do. If you need a builder to rely on, they’re the one.
