Project Update
Exciting progress on our latest student housing project near Purdue University!
Our Construction Management Group’s $90.8 million project features the development of a site within the Discovery Park District, near Purdue’s campus.
This student housing project includes 401 units, 637 beds, mixed-use operational spaces, and site amenities, creating a vibrant public plaza and new living community in West Lafayette, Indiana.
Looking forward to project completion in July 2025 in partnership with Purdue Research Foundation, American Campus Communities, SCB, and the rest of the project team!
