A new customer care/service write-up area and car wash was added and the existing used car building was demolished to make room for a 3,000 sq. ft. pre-owned car sales structure connected to the main building with an expanded parking lot. Additionally, we resurfaced the existing parking lot and installed new site lighting to give the entire facility a fresh new look.
Marous Brothers Construction took additional measures to allow for Central Cadillac’s showroom and service area to remain opera-tional while the renovation took place. One of the challenges involved was the tying of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing lines into existing lines, many of which were in advanced stages of disrepair or no longer code-compliant.
