Our Construction Management team has completed this $55 million project including four buildings with apartments and retail space. This new build, expanding the existing retail extension featuring first floor retail and 316 units of luxury apartments, has been built south of the existing development, contains one- and two-bedroom suites.
The new buildings are south and west of the existing Trader Joe’s on Market Street in Crocker Park. The southwest end of one of the new buildings is attached to the Trader Joe’s building with a shared service courtyard.
One of the buildings is designed to evoke the feeling of lofts in a converted warehouse with a water tower on the roof and a floor-to-ceiling glass clock face at one end of the top floor that is the focal point of a lucky resident’s apartment.
We started to work together when Chip and Scott were out in the field hanging doors. They’ve come a long way, because they’ve done the work themselves. They’re hands-on people, giving them the control that makes them good at what they do. If you need a builder to rely on, they’re the one.
