Marous Brothers Construction constructed this 53,686 sq. ft. building as a home to 66 apartments used for long term supportive housing. The new construction offers on-site social services, common laundry facilities, a community room with kitchen, a computer lab, parking for residents, a 24-hour staffed front desk, and outdoor courtyard space. The apartments, which offer different layouts for tenant choice, average 450 sq. ft. and will come with full baths and kitchens, bed, table, dresser and phone.

We started to work together when Chip and Scott were out in the field hanging doors. They’ve come a long way, because they’ve done the work themselves. They’re hands-on people, giving them the control that makes them good at what they do. If you need a builder to rely on, they’re the one.

The great thing about working with Marous is how professionally and how well they address problems. Always with our best interests at heart…
Marous Brothers Construction understands the importance of seeking cooperation between the city, the community, and themselves so that everyone associated with a project can benefit. They have consistently demonstrated an eagerness to comply with minority employment requirements, even though it may not have always been easy.
