The scope of work included in this specific office expansion to the headquarters located in Broadview Heights contains 6,500 sq. ft. of building structure added on to the southwest corner of the building. The main composition of the expansion will be structural steel framing, cold-formed metal framing, and a curtain wall system consisting of clear glass, tinted glass, composite metal panels, as well as decorative sunshields. The redesigned roof will be a TPO (Thermoplastic polyolefin) surface, which has been tested as having excellent resistance to ozone, algae-resistant, environmentally friendly, and safe to install. The roof structure will feature tapered R-38 insulation that contains 99% natural ingredients and uses a minimum of 58% total recycled content, that will slope to internal roof drains. A new HVAC system will be installed, as well as new lighting throughout the office expansion. Finally, exterior site improvements including landscaping, and handicap parking with lighted exterior bollards will complete the renovation.
We started to work together when Chip and Scott were out in the field hanging doors. They’ve come a long way, because they’ve done the work themselves. They’re hands-on people, giving them the control that makes them good at what they do. If you need a builder to rely on, they’re the one.
