The new RiverVista facility is housed in the former Regency Manor Rehabilitation and Sub-Acute Center, which was closed when the State of Ohio revoked the former nursing home’s license due to a series of health and safety violations. Marous Brothers Construction completely renovated the interior and exterior of the 100,000 sf building, which was originally built in the 1920’s. Our project team corrected all life safety issues, added elevators, and completely replaced the existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Additionally, we replaced the exterior façade with a composite system including new windows, storefront glazing, and insulation, as well as installing a new roof. Site improvements were made to add and improve parking areas, drop off zones, and stormwater management.
We started to work together when Chip and Scott were out in the field hanging doors. They’ve come a long way, because they’ve done the work themselves. They’re hands-on people, giving them the control that makes them good at what they do. If you need a builder to rely on, they’re the one.

The great thing about working with Marous is how professionally and how well they address problems. Always with our best interests at heart…
Marous Brothers Construction understands the importance of seeking cooperation between the city, the community, and themselves so that everyone associated with a project can benefit. They have consistently demonstrated an eagerness to comply with minority employment requirements, even though it may not have always been easy.
