Marous Brothers Construction’s Special Projects Group completed a $655,000 interior build-out for Always Golf Club in Westlake, transforming a whitebox retail shell into a dynamic indoor golf training and entertainment facility. Delivered on an aggressive 60-day timeline, the project included state-of-the-art Uneekor golf simulator bays, nearly 20 TVs for live sports viewing, and a stylish lounge with bar and refreshment areas. Overlapping trades and tight coordination allowed for efficient execution and a polished finish. The result is a modern, welcoming space that offers one of the best indoor golf experiences in the state.
