On a condensed 60-day schedule with overlapping trade scopes, our Special Projects Group performed a seamless build-out from a whitebox retail shell. The finished space includes state-of-the-art golf simulator bays featuring Uneekor technology, nearly 20 TVs to view sporting events and both a refreshment area and lounge with comfortable seating. By far, one of the best indoor golf experiences in the state of Ohio!
