Marous Brothers Construction completed the $1.6 million renovation of Classic Chevrolet, delivering a new façade and main entrance along with a full interior remodel of the showroom and service area. With a compressed four‑month schedule, our team mobilized on site within days and maintained dealership operations throughout construction by relocating sales functions to temporary outdoor facilities. Leveraging our Carpentry and Interior Finishes divisions, we self‑performed custom millwork, metal stud and drywall installation, acoustical ceilings, and composite exterior building panels, allowing for precise coordination and schedule control. Utilizing the Design‑Build delivery method, our in‑house architectural team provided rapid guidance to support field crews, helping ensure the project met its aggressive timeline while giving the flagship dealership a refreshed, modernized presence.
