Marous Brothers Construction served as General Contractor for the $4.7 million conversion of an existing facility into the new Classic Hyundai dealership in Mentor. Completed under a five-month timeline, the project involved constructing a showroom addition and modifying the existing building to meet Hyundai’s image program requirements. Exterior improvements included new metal stud framing, aluminum composite façade panels, and masonry repairs around the Parts and Service areas. Inside, our team completed selective demolition, added sales offices and display zones, and installed acoustical ceilings and custom millwork throughout. The completed project successfully integrated Hyundai’s brand aesthetic while supporting Classic Auto Group’s campus expansion goals.
