Classic Hyundai

Marous Brothers Construction was retained to bring the existing building into conformance Hyundai’s manufacturer image standards. Much of our work was focused on Showroom renovations and a modest expansion; conformance with the five month project duration was critical to Classic in order to open the new Hyundai store as per its agreement with the manufacturer. Our crews built an addition to the existing Showroom while also installing new metal stud framing on the exterior of the existing Showroom, and visually tied the new and existing Showroom structures together using Aluminum composite metal façade panels. We also repaired and restored the rest of the exterior masonry walls around the Parts and Services areas to complete the exterior renovations. On the interior, we performed selective demolition and then constructed new sales offices and display areas, and installed the new decorative acoustical ceiling and custom millwork throughout in accordance with Hyundai brand standards.
