Marous Brothers Construction’s Special Project Group completed comprehensive interior renovations at the Cleveland Military Entrance Processing Station, a U.S. Department of Defense facility where future service members begin their military careers. The nine‑month project revitalized an occupied and highly secure building through phased construction carefully sequenced to support uninterrupted operations. Scope of work included full interior demolition followed by upgraded office spaces, workstations, restrooms, and new flooring, paint, tile, and architectural millwork throughout the facility. Additional improvements included targeted HVAC, plumbing, and electrical upgrades, along with provisions for saw cutting, underground plumbing, and concrete work as required. Construction was executed across seven distinct phases, ensuring continuous functionality while delivering enhanced environments that meet operational, durability, and security requirements.
