Marous Brothers Construction completed a $3.3 million renovation of Ethan Crossing of Cleveland, a 70,914-square-foot behavioral health facility for NewVista Healthcare. The project began with full interior demolition to allow for a reimagined layout and modern infrastructure. Upgrades included new PTAC units, an enhanced HVAC system, new flooring, and extensive bathroom renovations to improve comfort and function. Updated plumbing fixtures and refreshed finishes created a cohesive, patient-centered environment. Exterior improvements complemented the interior transformation, delivering a unified and efficient facility tailored to support recovery and wellness.
