Marous Brothers Construction served as the Design-Builder for the iconic Hotel Cleveland renovation in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. In partnership with owner Skyline Investments, Inc. the $80 million+ transformation blended historic preservation with modern luxury, updating 481 guest rooms, public spaces, and meeting areas. Scope included extensive interior renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and detailed restoration of architectural elements like marble floors and decorative plaster ceilings. The result is a revitalized landmark now operating as a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel.
