Marous Brothers Construction’s Special Projects Group completed a $1.1 million renovation of Newport Tank’s third-floor office suite in Westlake, Ohio. The 12,000-square-foot space was reconfigured with new partitions, ceilings, flooring, and upgraded MEP systems to create a more efficient and visually appealing environment. Our team worked closely with building management to minimize disruption to surrounding tenants, maintaining a clean and safe jobsite throughout construction. The completed renovation resulted in a modern, functional office setting that supports Newport Tank’s growth and evolving business needs.
