Marous Brothers Construction’s Site Group provided $28.7 million of sitework and infrastructure services for NextEra Energy in Alden, NY. Our team executed approximately 130 direct embed pole foundations and 30 drilled caisson foundations, including rebar cage installation, anchor bolt placement, and concrete pours. Additional work included 800 linear feet of duct bank excavation and conduit installation, followed by concrete backfilling, as well as the construction of two cast-in-place electrical vaults for secure utility access. Each phase was completed to meet strict safety and quality standards, establishing durable and reliable infrastructure to support ongoing energy transmission needs.
