NextEra Transmission/Duct Bank

The direct embedment phase consisted of drilling approximately 130 direct embeds, setting pole bases, and backfilling to ensure structural stability. Each embed was precisely positioned to meet load-bearing requirements, providing a solid foundation for further construction. The drilled foundation work included drilling approximately 30 caissons, followed by setting rebar cages and anchor bolts before pouring concrete to secure the foundation. Additionally, the duct bank installation involved excavating approximately 800 linear feet, placing conduit pipes, and pouring back the duct bank. The project also included the construction of two electrical vaults, which were formed and poured to provide secure access points for the electrical infrastructure. Each stage was executed to meet safety and quality standards, ensuring a robust and reliable infrastructure setup.
