Marous Brothers Construction completed a comprehensive renovation of Northwestern Mutual’s Cleveland offices, transforming 20,000 square feet of workspace, including the build‑out of a previously undeveloped 4,000‑square‑foot area. The project featured new carpet and paint throughout, custom office front glazing designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing aesthetic, and significant HVAC, electrical, and plumbing upgrades in both office and kitchen areas. A key design element was the installation of wood veneer wallcoverings, thoughtfully selected to align with existing finishes in the conference rooms, lobby, and executive offices. The result is a cohesive, polished, and modern workspace that enhances functionality while maintaining a refined professional environment.
