Marous Brothers Construction served as Design-Builder for the $24 million expansion of Ohio CAT’s Broadview Heights headquarters, more than doubling the facility’s size to over 100,000 square feet. The three-phase project included a 6,500-square-foot addition, a two-story 34,000-square-foot expansion, and a new 7,200-square-foot service building. Interior renovations and sustainable design upgrades enhanced energy performance and modernized the corporate office, training, and meeting areas. Our team also self-performed sitework and carpentry to maintain quality and schedule, all while keeping the facility operational. The revitalized headquarters now reflects Ohio CAT’s industry leadership and supports their long-term strategic growth.
