Marous Brothers Construction completed the renovation of the PetFix Garfield Heights Clinic, expanding the capabilities of a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable and accessible spay and neuter services throughout Northeast Ohio. Working in partnership with PetFix Northeast Ohio and designed by Onyx Creative, the project transformed an existing office building into a fully functional veterinary clinic through a fast‑paced tenant fit‑out. The scope included selective demolition, reconfiguration of spaces to improve operational flow, and the creation of a reception area, lobby, offices, surgical suite, post‑surgical recovery space, laundry facilities, and separate cat and dog holding areas. Additional improvements included finish upgrades, updated plumbing and electrical systems, and installation of new doors and cabinetry. The completed facility supports PetFix’s continued growth and mission by providing an enhanced environment for veterinary care and community service.
