Marous Brothers Construction completed the Richmond Heights City Hall & Fire Station project, delivering a comprehensive design-build solution that modernized the City’s aging municipal facilities while maintaining operational efficiency. The project included construction of a new 9,500-square-foot, two-story City Hall building and the selective demolition and renovation of a portion of the existing facility to create a modernized 15,000-square-foot Central Fire Station. By combining new construction with strategic renovation, the team provided an accelerated delivery approach that reduced the overall schedule while meeting the City’s operational needs and budget objectives. Working closely with City officials throughout design and construction, the completed facility provides updated administrative offices, enhanced public services, and improved emergency response capabilities, serving as a successful model for public-sector design-build delivery.
