Marous Brothers Construction’s Carpentry & Interior Finishes Group partnered with Whiting Turner on a $2.5 million renovation at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, focusing on 9,000 square feet of dressing rooms, locker rooms, hallways, and executive meeting spaces. Our team provided design-assist services, collaborating with Populous Architects to integrate custom millwork, casework, and ACT specialty ceilings that balanced durability with high-end design. The scope also included drywall installation and finishing, with meticulous attention to detail across all surfaces. The finished spaces offer improved functionality and elevated ambiance, supporting the FieldHouse’s reputation as a top-tier entertainment destination.
