Marous Brothers Construction delivered a $4.5 million design-build renovation and expansion for Saint Ambrose Catholic Parish. The project included a 15,380-square-foot renovation and a 3,187-square-foot addition to the sanctuary, multi-purpose area, sacristy, baptismal font, and choir space. Our team reworked timber framing for new clerestory lighting and upgraded outdated systems with energy-efficient lighting, plumbing, AV, and HVAC. An accessible entry ramp was integrated into a planter to maintain the building’s aesthetics. Careful construction sequencing over eight months minimized downtime for parish operations, while intricate millwork and coordination delivered a refreshed, functional space for worship and community activities.
