The 16,001-square-foot project began with full demolition of the existing layout and MEP systems to make way for a new open-office design focused on flexibility and collaboration. Key features included new glass wall systems for transparency and privacy, updated finishes throughout, and specialized lab casework to support the client’s technical operations. New mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were also installed to meet modern performance standards. The result is a fresh, functional workspace that reflects Sea-Land’s innovative spirit.
