Marous Brothers Construction served as Construction Manager for the $9.2 million Sunrise Vista project for NewVista Healthcare. The 12-month effort included construction of a new 72-bed behavioral health hospital and a three-story administrative office addition to support integrated care and operations. The project also involved a full renovation of an existing three-story hospital facility, repurposing it to house specialized behavioral health programs. Designed by Hasenstab Architects, the project balanced modern healthcare infrastructure with a welcoming environment to support recovery and wellness. The completed facility strengthened NewVista’s ability to deliver essential behavioral health services in the region.
