Marous Brothers Construction served as Construction Manager and Carpentry & Interior Finishes Contractor for The Royalton Collection, a ground-up, 75,000 square-foot mixed-use development in Strongsville, Ohio. Developed by Somera Road, Inc. and designed by RDL Architects, the open-air destination brings together national retailers, boutique storefronts, and restaurants in a dynamic commercial setting. Our team oversaw preconstruction and construction activities, ensuring on-time delivery while coordinating closely with the client and design team. Completed in 2020, the project adds lasting value to Strongsville’s growing retail landscape through thoughtful planning and quality execution.
