Delivered for Bergen Development in collaboration with Cornerstone Consulting, the project transformed a historic floor plate into expansive one‑ and two‑bedroom residences averaging 2,500 square feet. Each home features private terraces with sweeping city views, gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops and premium appliances, and elevated finishes throughout.
