Delivered for Bergen Development in collaboration with Cornerstone Consulting, the project transformed a historic floor plate into expansive one‑ and two‑bedroom residences averaging 2,500 square feet. Each home features private terraces with sweeping city views, gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops and premium appliances, and elevated finishes throughout. This exclusive penthouse collection offers a rare blend of historic character and refined modern living within one of Cleveland’s most recognizable high‑rise landmarks.
