Marous Brothers Construction’s Special Projects Group partnered with Two Foundation to transform a former 1920s auto shop into a vibrant headquarters for Two & Company, a nonprofit mixed-use facility dedicated to inclusive workforce development. Completed in strategic phases, the project included demolition, sitework, and the restoration of original masonry, with modern upgrades such as a commercial kitchen, café, boutique, and training center. Our team carefully blended historic preservation with adaptive reuse, incorporating salvaged materials, artisan lighting, and period furnishings. The result is a warm, inspiring space that supports job training, community engagement, and meaningful opportunities for individuals of every ability.
