Marous Brothers Construction partnered with American Campus Communities to deliver U Club Binghamton, a premier student housing complex near Binghamton University. Completed through a 17-month construction management process, the development includes 19 villa-style townhome buildings and one brownstone-style building, offering 560 fully furnished beds with private baths. Students enjoy access to a 3,076-square-foot recreation center with billiards, arcade games, and a golf simulator, as well as a 24-hour fitness center, academic success center, hot tub with sun deck, and outdoor BBQ areas. Designed to enhance both comfort and performance, the complex integrates energy-efficient systems and upgraded amenity spaces. Marous Brothers Construction’s commitment to quality and innovation helped create one of the most sought-after student housing communities in the region.
