Marous Brothers Construction partnered with American Campus Communities to build Villas on Rensch, a unique 22-acre student housing development near the University at Buffalo. The project features 37 two-story, wood-frame buildings—each containing four fully furnished four-bedroom units, with private bathrooms and in-unit laundry. Designed as a more independent alternative to traditional dormitories, the development supports both academic focus and social engagement. Students also enjoy access to an 8,900-square-foot community center with a fitness facility, lounge, game room, wireless café, and outdoor patio complete with a fireplace and hot tub spa. Our team utilized prefabricated panelized framing and self-performed a wide range of scopes including rough and finish carpentry, casework, drywall, insulation, acoustic ceilings, doors, hardware, and Division 10 specialties.
