Marous Brothers Construction partnered with American Campus Communities to build Villas on Rensch, a distinctive 22-acre student housing development serving the University at Buffalo. The project includes 37 two-story, wood-frame residential buildings, each housing four fully furnished, four-bedroom units with private bathrooms and in-unit laundry—offering students a more autonomous living experience compared to traditional dormitories. Designed to foster both focus and connection, the community integrates thoughtfully planned outdoor spaces and a central 8,900-square-foot clubhouse featuring a fitness center, lounge, game room, wireless café, and an outdoor patio with a fireplace and hot tub spa. To accelerate construction and ensure quality control, our team utilized prefabricated panelized framing and self-performed a wide range of trades including rough and finish carpentry, casework, drywall, insulation, acoustic ceilings, doors, hardware, and Division 10 specialties. As General Contractor, Marous Brothers Construction delivered a vibrant, high-performing residential environment that blends modern comfort with student-centered design.
