In 2003 we utilized our budget reducing recommendations to reform Quay 55, a long abandoned lakefront building, to open to it’s first tenants.
Marous Brothers Construction offered considerable schedule compression and cost savings through the substantial amount of work that was self-performed by our Site, Concrete, Carpentry, and Interior Finishes Divisions. Project challenges included the addition of a 42,000 square foot penthouse, removing and infilling existing concrete ramps, and structural concrete repair which involved infilling, removing and rebuilding numerous interior and perimeter columns. Quay 55 is now one of Cleveland’s most prestigious addresses on the lake.
