With a resident Architectural Historian onstaff, we will assist you in historical designation, existing condition analysis, and oversight compliance to meet the Secretary of the Interior Standards for Rehabilitation. We provide preparation of historic tax credit, façade easement, landmark-related documents and charitable donation deductions which certified historic rehabilitation projects are eligible to claim. Just like the architecture itself, each project and our approach in its renewal is unique.
