Marous Brothers Construction served as Construction Manager for the $15.3 million expansion of Park Synagogue’s Miller Family Campus in Pepper Pike. The 63,500-square-foot project featured bold geometric forms, standing seam copper roofs, Jerusalem stone masonry, and glass curtain walls—all supported by complex structural steel framing. Our team also self-performed sitework, concrete, carpentry, and interior finish scopes, including detailed maple millwork throughout the chapel and ceremonial Ark. A subsequent phase added a 10,000-square-foot expansion and reconfigured 15,000 square feet of existing space, resulting in a larger sanctuary, chapel, reception area, and the new Family Community Hall with adjoining veranda. The work required close coordination across trades to achieve both aesthetic and spiritual significance.
