Marous Brothers Construction’s Multi-Family Housing Group completed Garrett Square Senior Apartments, a $11.6 million new construction project developed in partnership with Volker Development. Located along Superior Avenue near University Circle, the four-story midrise features 49 apartment units designed for seniors aged 55 and older. The building includes welcoming common areas, a fitness center with senior-specific equipment, community room with kitchenette, laundry facilities on every floor, and a secured parking lot. Our team delivered a high-quality, resident-focused environment complemented by on-site supportive services. Through partnerships with St. Martin De Porres Senior Center and Catholic Charities, residents have access to wellness programming, socialization, and coordinated transportation. Garrett Square reflects a strong commitment to enhancing independent senior living in the Glenville community.
