Marous Brothers Construction completed a new 100-bed student housing development for the Cleveland Institute of Art (CIA), located adjacent to its Euclid Avenue campus in Cleveland’s University Circle. Developed in partnership with Newbrook Partners and designed by Vocon, the four-story, 73,900-square-foot facility offers students convenient, high-quality housing in a vibrant, urban academic setting. Constructed on a long and narrow infill site, the project required thoughtful planning and execution to meet schedule and site constraints. The building’s exterior features a dynamic blend of brick veneer, insulated metal panels, and glass storefront, echoing the industrial character of CIA’s historic loft-style campus across the street. As General Contractor, our team delivered a modern residential community that supports creative learning, enriches student life, and strengthens the college’s presence within the neighborhood’s cultural corridor.
