Marous Brothers Construction served as General Contractor for the renovation of BMW of Akron, delivering upgrades aligned with BMW’s next‑generation “Retail.Next” dealership standards. Completed in 2023, the four‑month project modernized both interior and exterior spaces through refinished metal panel and EIFS façade elements, new glazing at the service customer drop‑off, and comprehensive interior renovations across the showroom, offices, restrooms, and service center. Interior improvements included new flooring and ceiling finishes, updated paint, and full replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Delivered on time and within budget through an aggressive fall and winter schedule, the project provides a digitally integrated, customer‑focused environment that reflects BMW’s evolving retail experience.
