The project transformed an abandoned hotel site into a premier dealership, featuring expansive showroom spaces, a customer-centric service area, and advanced architectural elements. Despite challenges such as poor soil conditions, the team employed innovative solutions like ram aggregate piers and coordinated complex construction details, including curved metal panels and exposed structural steel. Completed in spring 2024, this project stands as a landmark facility for Penske Automotive Group, setting a new standard for luxury automotive experiences in northeast Ohio.
