Marous Brothers Construction completed a $3 million design-build addition and renovation for St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, a historic landmark on Detroit Avenue in Lakewood. The project addressed the parish’s need for expanded offices, sacristy, social hall, and child care space while improving accessibility throughout the interior and exterior. Our in-house design-build team delivered a sensitive 12,000-square-foot, two-story addition that complements the church’s existing architecture, along with selective demolition and renovations to outdated areas. Working closely with the Building Committee and incorporating input from Lakewood’s Planning Commission and Architectural Review Boards, the team maintained the fixed budget and completed the project within 12 months.
