Members of Marous Brothers Construction’s talented Design-Build Group and company executives attended the Grand Opening Celebration of the iconic Hotel Cleveland, Autograph Collection Hotel.
The evening kicked off with champagne at the beautiful Marble Mezzanine, followed by an official unveiling in the Grand Ballroom. Guests enjoyed a performance by Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, along with local artists and entertainment throughout the venue. It was a night of great music, food, drinks, and celebration!
We were honored to be part of this special night, marking the culmination of the $90 million renovation. Restored to its former glory, The Hotel Cleveland, originally constructed in 1918, now stands as a testament to Cleveland’s rich history and bright future.
As the Design-Builder & General Contractor, this project has been a labor of love for Marous Brothers Construction for over six years. The newly rebranded Marriott Autograph Collection property now features:
- 491 rooms and suites with custom murals of historic Cleveland
- 59,000 square feet of meeting spaces and ballrooms, including the city’s largest ballroom
- A stunning grand restaurant and bar called “Maker”
- A historic 1920’s “speakeasy” vibe throughout
