The Rehab. & Community Impact Award for The Longfellow Senior Housing Project
Celebrating Preservation Month: The Rehabilitation and Community Impact Award for The Longfellow Senior Housing project!
On May of 2024, the Cleveland Restoration Society & American Institute of Architects, Cleveland Chapter, hosted their Annual Celebration of Preservation joint program at the historic Ariel LaSalle Theater .
With an affinity for historic preservation, Marous Brothers Construction was proud to be one of the Capital Sponsors of the event. For us, the highlight of the evening was when The Longfellow Senior Housing project was awarded the Distinguished Rehabilitation and Community Impact Award.
On behalf of the Project Team, members from Vesta Corporation, Marous Brothers Construction, LDA architects, Inc., KeyBank, R.W. Clark, Frost Architectural, and Lifelong Learning accompanied Cleveland City Councilman Michael Polensek and proudly walked onto the stage to accept the honor.
