Karam Senior Living Groundbreaking

Marous Brothers Construction was honored to participate in the groundbreaking ceremony for the Karam Senior Living project.
Our Construction Management Group and executive leadership joined Northwest Neighborhoods and the Cleveland Public Library to celebrate the ceremonial groundbreaking of the Walz Library–Karam Senior Living project in Cleveland. This mixed-use development will bring together a state-of-the-art library branch and affordable senior housing—creating a vibrant hub for residents of all ages.
Our CM Group is the Construction Manager for the 52,000 SF residential housing portion, developed by Northwest Neighborhoods and architect of record Robert P Madison, Inc., and in partnership with Bialosky. Located above the new library, the three-story building will provide 51 affordable apartments for seniors 62+, complete with a community room, wellness center, laundry facilities, and parking.
This project marks a major step forward in the ongoing revitalization of the neighborhood and reflects a shared commitment to building a stronger, more connected community. Our MBC team, client, partners, as well as several prominent civic and community leaders, worked tirelessly for several years in order to make this vision a reality.
