Marous Brothers Construction’s Carpentry & Interior Finishes Group completed two scopes of work for the $945,000 Bay Village Library project, part of the Cuyahoga County Public Library System. The two-story, 17,170-square-foot facility features dedicated children’s and young adult spaces, a double-height main area with a grand fireplace, multiple meeting and study rooms, and a rooftop patio overlooking Cahoon Park. Our team self-performed framing, drywall, and exterior siding installation. Sustainability was a key focus throughout, with material selections supporting LEED certification. The completed library offers flexible environments for collaboration, quiet study, and community engagement, all within a design that honors the Bay Village architectural tradition.
