Marous Brothers Construction’s Carpentry & Interior Finishes Group partnered with The Ruhlin Company to complete exterior framing and finishes for the 69,897-square-foot Davey Tree SEED Campus. Our scope included installation of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), cold-formed metal framing, and a mix of exterior cladding systems including corrugated metal panels, Metal Composite Material (MCM) panels, and shiplap siding. Additional work featured wood decking, overhead coiling doors, and louvers to enhance access and ventilation. Every element was installed with precision to maximize durability, energy efficiency, and architectural integrity, showcasing our team’s expertise in complex exterior construction.
