Marous Brothers Construction completed the $3 million renovation and expansion of Central Cadillac, delivering a modernized showroom and upgraded service operations while keeping the dealership fully operational throughout construction. The project included a 25,000 SF renovation of the existing showroom and business center, along with a new customer care and service write‑up area, an added car wash, and a 3,000 SF pre‑owned sales building. Our team resurfaced the parking lot, installed new site lighting, and tied new MEP systems into aging and non‑compliant existing utilities—requiring careful coordination and selective excavation. We also demolished the outdated façade and installed new Indiana limestone panels, storefront systems, and interior build‑outs to reflect Cadillac’s updated brand standards.
