Marous Brothers Construction delivered the $3.6 million re‑imaging of Classic Auto Group’s Mazda dealership, completing the project on time and under budget while maintaining full service operations throughout construction. The two‑phase effort included a 2,400‑square‑foot service area addition with renovated reception, a new kitchenette, and a parts pick‑up window, followed by demolition of the existing showroom, extensive site re‑grading, and construction of an 8,245‑square‑foot showroom consistent with Mazda’s corporate branding. Our team developed detailed preconstruction planning and site logistics to safely separate construction activity from customer access, ensuring seamless business continuity on the active campus.
